I really enjoyed my stay with spacious rooms featuring balconies where I could relax and soak in the vibrant surroundings. The small market across the street was perfect for grabbing snacks and quick meals during my city explorations.

The lobby and bar amenities were impressive, complemented by extremely helpful personnel. The Junior Suite was spacious and well-equipped and I enjoyed the convenient laundry service.
Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made my stay uncomfortable, and though breakfast was advertised as included, charges applied in the small print.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and made our stay special. The clean rooms were a plus! However, the shower had inconsistent hot water, which was a bit frustrating. 😊

Nice stay with great views
Had a big comfy bed and the shower was really good. The balcony views were nice too! The breakfast was a bit lacking though, nothing fancy. Also, be careful with the snacks in the room—they charged a lot for a few peanuts. Overall, it was a solid stay and the staff were super friendly.

The fried fish I discovered nearby was a revelation! Plus, the buffet breakfast had everything from arepas to fresh fruits that kept me fueled for my Bogota adventures. The staff were always kind and ready to help, making me feel right at home.
But let’s keep it real. the extra charge on my card was a bit dodgy, and my Junior Suite felt a bit like a cave with the noise from the hallway leaking in. Still, the location and market options nearby helped it shine.

The location was good and I found the staff to be helpful during my stay. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available each morning. It was great to have a gym to use, even if it was basic. I appreciated the convenience of getting a taxi to explore the city. My background in Italy makes me attentive to detail, which I noticed here.
